Why does the power just shut off? |

If any of the following conditions are met, the device will be determined to have not been used for a long period of time and will be turned off for safety reasons. |

If 5 days have passed without refilling water after the orange light flashes, indicating that the water is out |
| |
*If you have added water after the orange light has started flashing, press the operation button to fill the main unit tray with water. |

Why does it need to be turned on all the time? |

If the power is turned off, the photocatalyst will not function, the water quality in the main tray will not be maintained, and the growth of bacteria will not be suppressed. Please keep the power on at all times except when cleaning or when not using for an extended period of time. |

Why does the power sometimes go off or not turn on during use? |

When removing the operation panel from the main unit for cleaning, etc., oil may have adhered to the five gold pins on both sides. In this case, gently wipe both sides with an alcohol-based wet tissue. |

●Water may have entered through the air outlet, causing the inside of the unit to get wet. If water gets into the air outlet on the unit due to shaking when moving the unit, it may cause a malfunction. When moving the unit, please move it carefully, taking care not to shake it as much as possible. |

Why is there red slime? |

A red slime (a type of yeast) may appear on the bottom of the Smart Bar, but this is not mold. However, if left unattended, mold may develop. Because the Smart Bar uses tap water, we recommend cleaning it once a week. |

Can I supply water directly to the main unit? |

Be sure to install the Smart Bar and supply water through the specified water inlet. If you supply water directly to the main unit, water will enter the air outlet, which can lead to malfunctions. If this happens, the residual chlorine (such as calcium carbonate) contained in tap water will not be removed by the dedicated cartridge, and you will not be able to enjoy clean water mist. |

Additionally, adding anything other than water, such as lotion, will not maintain the water quality recommended by Caltech, and we cannot guarantee it. Aromatherapy is also prohibited. |
